Eventos Palco is the website of the Division for Congress, Fair and Exhibition Organization belonging to PALCO Business Group. Its purpose is to provide basic information on the events held and organized in the Havana International Conference Center (HICC) and encourage participation.

The original thing about the site is that it offers the opportunity of paying the registration fee online. For this purpose, a package is designed in accordance with the prearranged hotel stay. It not only includes the registration fee of the event, but also airport transfers and others to be included as part of the official program of the meeting.

Founded in 1979, the Havana International Conference Center is an institution of indisputable prestige in Cuba, specialized in events and congresses organization. It is located in one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods of the city and covers an area of 60 000 square meters. The Center organizes, promotes and carries out conventions, congresses, symposia, conferences, national and international meetings, fairs and exhibitions. Moreover, it encourages and commercializes the activities scheduled for each of the international events and fairs held in HICC, through a wide network of official agencies in Latin America, North America and Europe, without exclusive character and in common agreement with associations and companies interested in these services.

En el caso de las Cuotas de inscripción, los participantes deberán enviar  la siguiente información:

1. Nombre y fecha del evento  en el que se va a registrar.

2. Información personal: deberá enviar los datos de cada una de las personas que se registre: nombre y apellidos, país, e-mail de contacto.

3. Categoría de participación: se inscribirá en una de las categorías que publica el evento.
